Basic Bookkeeping

We will provide the following services monthly or quarterly:

• Post cheques, deposits, and credit cards
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare the general ledger
• Prepare Payroll
• Prepare income statements
• Prepare balance sheets

All you have to do is write cheques and make bank deposits - we will do the rest. We use QuickBooks software and will provide you with complete details of all transactions, balance sheets, and statements of income.

It's easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. You write cheques and make deposits.
2. You deliver your records to us.
3. We provide all financial details and reports to you monthly and quarterly and, if required, to your accountant at year-end.

Basic Plus Bookkeeping

For this option we will supply:

• Basic Bookkeeping Services, as described above, and

• Customized management reports and analysis to help you control your overhead expenses

The Controller Service allows you to outsource all your bookkeeping and accounting functions to us. Our Controller Service will help you eliminate the cost of an in-house bookkeeper and leave all the back-end office work to us. We will:
